The incorporation process
We have established this online incorporation portal to make it as easy as possible to form a company in some key jurisdictions. More jurisdictions will be added shortly.
The incorporation process will most often be completed the same day but for some jurisdictions the incoporation process is slightly longer.
The process will normally be as follows:
What you have to do:
1) Choose your jurisdiction and company type
2) Send us the instruction
you need to tell us who the directors, shareholders and company secretary will be and we need to know who the beneficial owner is.
For each individual we need to receive a copy of their ID and a proof of address and for some jurisdictions we will also need a proof of wealth and some more.
All documents can be attached to the online order form or sent to us by email.
3) Make payment
What we will do:
4) Review the order and get approval from Compliance
5) Incorporate or structure the company
Company incorporation application is sent to the company registry or the company is being restructured if you have acquired a shelf company
6) Company readu
Corporate documents are received and emailed to you
7) Hard copies of documents
Printed copies are being prepared and sent to you
8) Additional items are being prepared and shipped to you.
